این آنتی ویروس استرالیایی مانند جی دیتا از 2 موتور استفاده میکنه... یعنی از دیتابیس آنتی ویروس ikarus و دیتابیس Emsisoft استفاده میکنه... پس توی شناختن ویروس ها خیلی عالی عمل میکنه... کلا تیم پشتیبانی خیلی خوبی هم داره... در روز برای برنامه چندین بار آپدیت میدن بیرون ... وقتی هم فایلی را برای تیم پشتیبانی ارسال کنید خیلی سریع فایل شما بررسی خواهد شد و اگر ویروس باشه سریع دیتابیس را آپدیت میکنن...
یکی از ابزار های خیلی خوب این آنتی ویروس، استفاده از ابزار Hijack free است، که کارش مانیتور کردن و آنالیز پروسز ها و پروتهای سیستم است که با این ابزار به راحتی شما میتونید پروسزهای آلوده را تشخیص بدید...

آموزش دریافت لایسنس 30 روزه:
دوستان هر وقت دیدید لایسنس برنامه اکسپایر شد به آدرس زیر برید و یک اکانت جدید بسازید:
Create new Emsisoft user account - Anti-Malware, Mamutu
ضمنا میتونید با استفاده از سایت http://10minutemail.com ایمیل یکبار مصرف 10 دقیقه ای بسازید... برای اطلاعات بیشتر اینجا کلیک کنید
وقتی ثبت نام کامل شد یک ایمیل از طرف برنامه براتون میاد که این ایمیل حاوی لینک فعال ساز هستش.. روی اون لینک کلیک کنید تا پیغام unlock your account ضاهر بشه.. ثبت نام تمام شد... برای لاگین شدن:
وارد آدرس https://cc.emsisoft.com بشید و ایمیل و پسوردی که باهاش ثبت نام کردید را بزنید تا وارد صفحه شخصی خودتون که به اسم Customer Center هست بشید
به اینترنت متصل شوید و برنامه را باز کنید به قسمت Configuration و سپس قسمت licence برید و ایمیل و پسوردی که باهاش ثبت نام کردید را تایپ کنید سپس روی refresh کلیک کنید و در آخر برنامه را آپدیت کنید... خواهید دید که لایسنس 30 روزه فعال خواهد شد و در صفحه اصلی برنامه هم اینو مینویسه... فقط توجه داشته باشید حتما باید آپدیت انجام بدید که لایسنس فعال بشه...
توی صفحه شخصی قسمت https://cc.emsisoft.com/en/licenses هم تاریخ شروع و پایان لایسنس نوشته میشه...
هر موقع لایسنس اکسپایر شد به همین روش لایسنس 30 روزه بدست بیارید...

صفحه زیر باز میشه... این صضفحه نیاز به توضیح نداره چون همه چیز واضح است... مثلا اگر میخواید ویروسی را به آنتی ویروس معرفی کنید در قسمت Request category گزینه new malware و در قسمت Product گزینه Anti malware و در قسمت Operating system ویندوزی که ازش استفاده میکنید را انتخاب کنید
در قسمت Subject موضوع مناسب
در قسمت Question سوال یا پیغام خود را بنویسید
در قسمت Add file فایل ویروس را اتخاب و آپلود کنید

آموزش فرستادن فایل ها از قسمت فرنطینه به تیم پشتیبانی:
وارد قسمت quarantine بشید و روی add file کلیک کنید و فایل یا ویروسی را که میخواید برای تیم پشتیبانی بفرستید انتخاب کنید
حالا روی submit file کلیک کنید یه پنجره کوچیک باز میشه که میتونید ایمیل یا توضیحاتی داخلش بنویسید.. اگر هم چیزی ننویسید مشکلی نداره.. در آخر روی send now کلیک کنید تا فایل برای تیم پشتیبانی ارسال بشه... در کمترین زمان فایل بررسی خواهد شد و وقتی آپدیت کنید مشخص میشه که فایل ویروسه یا نه ..
اگر فایل شما ویروس باشه اطلاعات کامل ویروس و درجه آن را خواهد نوشت اما اگر ویروس نباشه چیزی نمینویسه...
